Window And Balance Repair Orlando 407 334 9230

Windows not staying up?  Those pesky things in the track of the window are called balances. They are attached to the window panel and the window track. Every time you open your window, you load the balance so that it will stay in place and be just as easy to close as it was to open it. Unfortunately, the balance is made out of thin tin material and a spring that could hold 200 pounds. The spring is always stronger than the metal holding it so they don’t last. I know how to fix this problem and have replacements for 99 percent of  windows. Most of the time I can provide same day service.
